Corrections
Last updated 29 July 2026
This directory is compiled from published sources and it will contain errors. Contact details go out of date, office bearers change, and entities are restructured. If you find something wrong, please tell us.
What to include
A report is much faster to act on if it includes:
- The entity concerned, and a link to the page
- What is wrong, and what it should say instead
- Where the correct information can be verified, ideally a link to the entity’s own published material
Corrections backed by a source we can check are applied quickly. Corrections without one take longer, because we verify before changing anything.
If you work for a listed entity
If you are writing on behalf of an entity listed here, say so. Information supplied directly by an entity about its own contact details, leadership and structure is treated as authoritative and applied without further verification.
We cannot remove an entity from the directory. The information published here is public information about public bodies funded by public money, and the directory’s purpose is to make it findable. We will correct anything inaccurate.
What we will not change
Audit outcomes and financial figures are reproduced as reported by the Auditor-General and National Treasury. If you believe a figure is wrong, the correction has to be made at source. We will update this site when the source record changes, and we will note a disputed figure in the meantime if you tell us about it.
How to report
Use the contact page. Corrections are read and acted on, and we will tell you what we have done.
