Ditsong: Museums of South Africa manages a group of national museums in and around Pretoria and Johannesburg. It was formed in 2010 by amalgamating the Northern Flagship Institution museums, and its name comes from the Setswana word for heritage.

Its sites include the Ditsong National Museum of Natural History, formerly the Transvaal Museum, which holds major palaeontological collections including the Mrs Ples fossil; the National Museum of Cultural History; the National Museum of Military History in Johannesburg; the Sammy Marks Museum; the Kruger House Museum; the Pioneer Museum; and the Willem Prinsloo Agricultural Museum.

It reports to the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture.
