APPOINTMENT OF SERVICE PROVIDER TO DELIVER THE NON-ACCREDITED ITIL4 FOUNDATION COURSE.

Number of Delegates to Be Trained
The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the procurement of ITIL 4 Foundation Course training inadvertently omitted the number of delegates to be trained.
The TOR is hereby amended to include the following requirement:

Number of delegates to be trained: Five (5) delegates
All other requirements, terms and conditions contained in the original Terms of Reference remain unchanged.
Prospective service providers are requested to take note of this amendment when preparing and submitting their quotations.
Kindly complete and send back the attached documents (RFQ, SBD1, SBD4 & SBD6.1) with your quote.
