Air Chefs SOC Ltd is the airline catering company of South African Airways and a wholly owned subsidiary of the airline. It is the largest in-flight catering business in South Africa, with units at all major national airports.
The company produces more than 30,000 meals a day from central production units in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban, supplying domestic, regional and international carriers. Its services extend beyond in-flight catering to airport lounges, staff restaurants, ready-made meals, and catering for events and functions.
Air Chefs has operated in the food industry since 1986.
